Everyone seemed to see many reasons with Olamide for his rude display after Kesh was denied the award for the next rated artiste at the HEADIES award in December 2015. Olamide even took to
twitter to publicly insult Don Jazzy and he specifically called himself a better record label boss that Don Jazzy.

Barely five months after the HEADIES, Kesh is out of his label. Reekado is still very much s member of the Mavin Records. This says much about both record label bosses that were involved in the issue that happened at the headies. With Lil Kesh gone, we can barely say Olamide is a boss because Kesh is the main man that brings in the money and attention. Adekunle is not really a full-time YBNL boy. He only has a deal to use the label name to promote himself but he is solely responsible for the cost of his videos and recordings.

Olamide signed  a new girl who has not done so well since she was signed. What is the future of YBNL?, well nobody knows.
